About the bill



The water bill cannot be paid at the Company's premises. You can pay your water bill free of commission at FINA (Croatian Financial Agency) offices.

 

100 Pursuant to Article 44 of the General and Technical Terms and Conditions governing the provision of public water supply services of 1 March 2013, within a specified period, we will perform regular replacement of water meters, and you are obliged to make the water meter accessible. If the water meter shaft is indoors, please call +385 52 529 931 or +385 98 98 40 799 for further arrangements.
200 This bill also serves as a Notice of Non-Payment with regard to the amount indicated in the section NOTICE OF NON-PAYMENT (in Croatian: OPOMENA).

The amount in the NOTICE section refers to the overdue amount up to the date of issue of the bill.
If you have settled the debt in the meantime, consider the NOTICE invalid.

  How to submit written objections 

- You can submit an objection to the issued bill to the Service Provider in writing, within 30 days from the issuing date
   For more information, call +385 52 529 900, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
   To report your water meter reading, call +385 52 529 999, from the 15th to the last day of the month, 24/7.
- Codes 2, 4, 26, 28 and 41 to 58 are transit items - Article 33, paragraph 3 of the Value Added Tax Act
- You can pay the bill free of commission at FINA (Croatian Financial Agency) offices.
- If you do not pay your bills regularly, the supply of water will be suspended in accordance with the Water Supply Contract and the General and Technical Terms and Conditions of provision of public water supply services and enforcement proceedings will be initiated based on an authentic document
- For late payments we charge statutory default interest
